The Content Management System, abbreviated CMS, is a group or suite of applications and tools that allow an organization to edit, create, review, and publish electronic text without issues. Wordpress is a CMS that is not only easy to use, free, but also allows for many possibilities with creating a site without all of the complications that Dreamweaver can bring about.
